This article will explain how you can forward your NTC Student email to another email application address such as Gmail.

  1. Log into your Office 365 student NTC email account by going to visiting https://outlook.office365.com/ntc.edu

TIP: Please note your username is your student email address and password is the same password used to log into MyNTC, Canvas, etc.

Once you are logged into your NTC Student email account you will 1. Click the gear looking icon 2. Once logged in click on the settings gear icon (arrow 1) in the upper right corner and then 2. Click click on View All Outlook settings (arrow 2).

3. When you are in your Outlook settings you will want to do complete the following steps:

  • One the left side, click on Mail (if it isn’t already selected)

  • Click on

  • Place a checkmark in the

  • Enable forwarding box and then fill in the “Forward my email to:” section with

  • an email address. If you would like to keep a copy of the email in your Office365 email account, please check the box labeled

  • Click on the X in the upper right corner to close out of the Outlook settings
