Room Functions Have Changed as of 3/5/2021
Document Camera Changes
The QVIEW document camera has been removed and replaced with an ELMO.
The document camera control functions on the Creston touch panel NO longer work.
Utilize the buttons on the remote or document camera to power on/off, zoom in/out, etc
The document camera is also connected to the desktop computer in this room. It can be used as a video source in your web conference.
Laptop Connection Changes
To connect your laptop to this room system please do the following:
- Connect your laptop to the HDMI cable, labeled laptop, which is connected to the document camera.
- Press the laptop button on the document camera base.
- Choose Doc Cam option on the touch panel to show your laptop display.
