3. When you are in Outlook settings complete the following steps:
One On the left side, click on Mail (if it isn’t already selected).
Click on Forwarding.
Place a checkmark in the Enable forwarding box and then fill in the “Forward my email to:” section with an email address. If you would like to keep a copy of the email in your Office365 email account, please check the box labeled Keep a copy of forwarded messages.
Click the Save button.
Click on the X in the upper right corner to close out of the Outlook settings.
