If your NTC student account has been deactivated due to a year of inactivity (specifically, not attending a class), and you can no longer have access to your Workday account, please follow the steps below to request your transcripts.

If a previous student needs to order their unofficial transcripts, then they will need to contact our Student Records department by emailing them at studentrecords@ntc.edu. Let Inform them know that you are not able to login to unable to log into your Workday account , and that you would like to be sent your unofficial transcripts.

We go through The college utilizes a third-party website called Parchment for ordering official transcriptstranscript orders. Click on this website: Parchment Transcripts to go here to be taken directly to the Parchment Transcripts website.
 Create an account using your personal email address. Fill out the information to find locate your NTC account.
 Order Request transcripts to the location you need electronicallybe sent electronically to your chosen location, or order a physical transcriptcopy if preferred.
