Issue description: Students may only see a white screen or access denied messages when cookies are blocked.
This guide is to assist students in allowing the Plan tool when third party cookies are being blocked in Chrome.
Open a the Chrome web browser and navigate to https://canvas.ntc.edu
Click on any course in your Canvas dashboard that requires you to use the Plan tool.
Click on the Plan tool located in the left navigation menu in your Canvas course.
