Student_Check for Blocked Cookies and Allow the Plan Tool

Issue description: Students may only see a white screen or access denied messages when cookies are blocked.

This guide is to assist students in allowing the Plan tool when third party cookies are being blocked in Chrome.

  1. Open the Chrome web browser and navigate to https://canvas.ntc.edu

  2. Click on any course in your Canvas dashboard that requires you to use the Plan tool.

  3. Click on the Plan tool located in the left navigation menu in your Canvas course.

4. Click on the third-party cookie blocking icon located in the upper right side of your Chrome window.

5. Click on Site not working?

6. Click on Allow cookies

7. The page should automatically refresh and the Plan tool will load.
