Staff_Duo Inline Self-Enrollment

This article will walk you through the process of enrolling yourself into Duo two-factor authentication

Instructions

Open Outlook or Teams on your NTC computer, or navigate to an NTC web app such as Canvas, Office 365, NTC Help Desk, Starfish, Zoom, etc. 

Enter your NTC email address if prompted and click Next

Enter your NTC password if prompted and click Sign In

You will be redirected to complete Duo 2-factor authentication enrollment, click Start Setup

Choose the type of device you wish to use and click Continue. The easiest method is mobile phone. If you do not have a mobile phone, you can stop by the IT Help Desk to request a Duo fob.

Enter your mobile phone number, check the box to confirm the number entered, then click Continue.

Pick which type of mobile phone you have and click Continue.

You will need to download the Duo Mobile app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store depending on if you have an iPhone or an Android. Once the app is installed, click I have Duo Mobile installed

Open the Duo Mobile app on your mobile device and scan the QR code on the screen.

Once your phone has been successfully added, click Continue to Login

Click Send Me a Push to send a Duo push notification to your mobile phone and complete your login.
