Student How to Forward Your NTC Student Email to Another Email Address

WARNING: Please note that making this change to your email can make some emails get lost in your junk box.

 

This article will explain how you can forward your NTC Student email to another email address such as Gmail.

Instructions

  1. Log into your student NTC email account by visiting https://outlook.office365.com/.

TIP: Your username is your student email address and password is the same password used to log into MyNTC, Canvas, etc.

 

2. Once logged in click on the settings gear icon (arrow 1) in the upper right corner and then click on View All Outlook settings (arrow 2).

3. When you are in Outlook settings complete the following steps:

  • On the left side, click on Mail (if it isn’t already selected).

  • Click on Forwarding.

  • Place a checkmark in the Enable forwarding box and then fill in the “Forward my email to:” section with an email address. If you would like to keep a copy of the email in your Office365 email account, please check the box labeled Keep a copy of forwarded messages.

  • Click the Save button.

  • Click on the X in the upper right corner to close out of the Outlook settings.
