When the call is answered by the voice attendant please press the * key.
You will then be prompted to enter your ID. This is your extension number. Please enter your 4 digit extension and then press #.
Now enter your pin number and then please press # (This number is 5 digits long. If you are unsure of your pin number, please contact the IT Helpdesk at https://www.ntc.edu/helpdesk)
Now you should be in your voice mailbox. Please press 4 to go to the setup options and then press 1 to get to greetings.
