If your student account has been deactivated due to a year of inactivity (specifically, not attending a class), and you no longer have access to your Workday account, please follow the steps below to request your transcripts.

 Unofficial Transcripts
  1. If a previous student needs to order their unofficial transcripts, then they will need to contact Student Records by emailing them at studentrecords@ntc.edu.

  2. Let them know that you are not able to login to your Workday account, and that you would like to be sent your unofficial transcripts.

 Official Transcripts
  1. We go through a third-party website called Parchment for ordering official transcripts.

  2. Click on this website: Parchment Transcripts to go directly to Parchment.

  1. Create an account using your personal email.

  2. Fill out the information to find your NTC account.

  1. Order transcripts to the location you need electronically, or order a physical transcript.
