Occasionally Microsoft Outlook will have problems with emails synching from the server to your Outlook program.  Please try the following steps to see if it resolves your issue.

Instructions

To troubleshoot Outlook issues, turn Cached Exchange Mode off and back on.

  1. Click File > Account Settings > Account Settings.

2. Select the entry with your email address, and then click Changeclick Change.

3. Under Offline Under Offline Settings, uncheck the “Use Use Cached Exchange Mode”Mode.”

4. Close Outlook.

5. Now, please open outlook and perform steps 1-3 again, this time checking the box for “Use Cached Exchange Mode”Mode.”
