NOTE: You will need to go through the instructions while you are signing into Canvas/Workday/Email on a computer, and use Microsoft Authenticator on your phoneuse your computer and visit Workday to start the process and use your phone with the Microsoft Authenticator app so you can scan a QR code.
Multifactor authentication is an added layer of security that sends a confirmation notification to your phone or device of your choice when you log into any NTC system with your NTC staff account. It strengthens access security by requiring two methods (also referred to as factors) to verify your identity.

TROUBLESHOOTING:If you have trouble setting up Authenticator, delete the app, reinstall it, and refresh your sign-in page in the browser to start the process over again. Sometimes it takes a couple tries before it sticks. |
