How to Sign Into Zoom for the First Time

  1. Go to ntc.zoom.us and click sign in


    2. Sign in using your NTC student email


    3. Enter your NTC student password


    4. After logging in, please confirm your email


    5. They will send a confirmation email to your NTC student email


    6. Go to your student email in Outlook and find the confirmation email


    7. Click on Activate Account in the email


    8. After clicking on Activate Account, it will bring you to a new page. Click on sign in with SSO. Type in NTC if needed. Then sign in with your student account again, if needed.


To Download the Zoom Client:

  1. Navigate to https://zoom.us/download

  2. Click on Download under Zoom Client for Meetings

3. Click on Save

4. Click on the installer located in the lower left hand corner of your web browser.
TIP: This may look different depending on the type of web browser you are using.

5. Locate the Zoom application and click on Sign In

6. Click on Sign in with SSO

7. Enter ntc in the Company Domain and click on Continue

8. You will be redirected to a log in page. Enter your username and password and click Sign in
TIP: This is the same username and password you use for MyNTC, HR, Canvas, etc.

9. Click on Open Zoom Meetings

10. When you see the following application window you have successfully installed and logged into the zoom application.

TIP: In order to host a Zoom meeting you will need to be logged into this application.
