Medford M125A and M125B

M125A & M125B can be used as separate rooms or combined into one room.

M125B (used by itself)

To turn on the room touch any source on the screen of the Crestron panel.

Once it is on you can select the option you want to use: DVD, Document Camera, Laptop, or Desktop. You must turn on each of these devices individually to use them.

M125A (used by itself)

To turn on the room touch any source on the screen of the Crestron panel.
Once it is on you can select the option you want to use: DVD, Document Camera, Laptop, or Desktop. You must turn on each of these devices individually to use them.

When in an IVC session the TV needs to be on HDMI input 2. This does not switch automatically when the room is powered on.

M125A and M125B (used together)

To combine M125A and M125B. Go to the M125A side of the room. Power on the computer and log in. Press Combine on the touch panel. Then touch any source on screen of the Crestron panel to start the room.

You can only present from the M125A workstation when combined.

Room Tips:
Both room systems need to be off in order for the room combine feature to work.

The COMBINE button is black when the room it is not combined. When the room is combined the button changes to "Rooms are Combined".

When rooms are COMBINED the M125B Crestron panel says "Room is combined - Please use the other touch panel for control"
The document camera light will blink blue when first powered on, then it is ready for use the blue light will remain on. The Doc Cam also auto-focuses. To turn off the Doc Cam, press and hold the on/off button for about 3 seconds.

There are no wall sensors in this room. The rooms can be combined even if the wall is closed.

Please turn off all the equipment and shut down the room at the end of your class.
