Staff Cisco Secure Client Install

NOTE: Instructions created Windows 11

TIP: Installing Cisco AnyConnect on a personal computer. Administrative rights are needed for the installation.

Instructions

  1. Open a web browser and enter https://myfiles.ntc.edu.

  2. Click Logon.

3. Enter your NTC email address and click on Next.

4. Enter your password and click Sign in.

  1. Accept Duo push notification on your mobile device.

  1. On the next screen Click download.

  1. After you click download, the file will appear at the top right of the screen. Click on the file, it will start the installation process. Follow the prompts on the screen to finish installation.

TIP: If you receive the following screen during the installation process you already have the application installed and can proceed to step 8. 

8. After the installation of the Cisco AnyConnect application reboot your computer.
9. After the reboot of your computer look in the Search menu at the bottom for Cisco Secure Client.

10. Enter myfiles.ntc.edu as shown below and click on Connect.

11. Enter your NTC email address and click on Next.

12. Enter your password and click Sign in.
