Student Request Transcripts

If a previous student needs to order unofficial transcripts, contact our Student Records department by emailing studentrecords@ntc.edu.

Inform them that you are unable to log into your Workday account and you would like to be sent your unofficial transcripts.

The college utilizes a third-party website called Parchment for official transcript orders.

Create an account using your personal email address.

Fill out the information to locate your NTC account.

Request transcripts to be sent electronically to your chosen location, or order a physical copy if preferred.
