Student Request Transcripts

If your NTC student account has been deactivated due to a year of inactivity (specifically, not attending a class), and you can no longer access your Workday account, please follow the steps below to request your transcripts.

 

  1. If a previous student needs to order unofficial transcripts, contact our Student Records department by emailing studentrecords@ntc.edu.

  2. Inform them that you are unable to log into your Workday account and you would like to be sent your unofficial transcripts.

  1. The college utilizes a third-party website called Parchment for official transcript orders.

  2. Click here to be taken directly to the Parchment Transcripts website.

  1. Create an account using your personal email address.

  2. Fill out the information to locate your NTC account.

  1. Request transcripts to be sent electronically to your chosen location, or order a physical copy if preferred.
