Staff_Join a Team's Meeting Sent to Your Personal Email Account

This article shows how to join a Teams meeting from the Chrome web browser.

You must have a working microphone in order to participate in a Teams meeting.

  1. Open the email invitation and click on Join Microsoft Teams Meeting

2. Click on Join on the web instead
TIP: To avoid having to install the Teams application we recommend use the web version.

3. Click on Allow
TIP: You must allow the site access to your camera and microphone. If you click on block you will not be able to see or hear participants.

4. Toggle the video or microphone options and click on Join now

5. Once you have successfully connected to the meeting you should the Someone in the meeting should let you in soon message.
