How to Reset Staff Password

NOTE: Staff members can only reset their password using an NTC laptop or computer. You must be connected to the NTC Private network, or the VPN.

 

  1. Press the ctrl, alt and delete button on your keyboard all at the same time.

  2. Click on change a password.

  3. Enter old password and new password (new password has to be a minimum of 14 characters).

TIP: We suggest your new password to be 14 characters with uppercase, lowercase, numbers and a symbol.

When we reset passwords, we will verify three pieces of information, such as: birthday, phone number, and the last four digits of your SSN.
