Occasionally Microsoft Outlook will have problems with emails synching from the server to your Outlook program. Please try the following steps to see if it resolves your issue.

To troubleshoot Outlook issues, turn Cached Exchange Mode off and back on.
Click File > Account Settings > Account Settings.
2. Select the entry with your email address, and then click Change.
3. Under Offline Settings, uncheck the “Use Cached Exchange Mode”
4. Close Outlook.
Now, please open outlook and perform 1-3 again, this time checking the box for “Use Cached Exchange Mode”
