Staff Mail App on Android

NOTE: Instructions created for Android Version 8.0

  1. Navigate to the Settings app.

2. Scroll through the list and tap on Accounts.

3. Tap Add Account.

4. Tap Microsoft Exchange ActiveS.

5. Enter your NTC Email address and Password and tap sign in.

TIP: Your email address ends with @ntc.edu and your password is the same you use to log into your NTC computer, MyNTC, or Canvas.

6. You will be prompted with an Apply security settings message, tap Apply.

7. At the bottom of Manual Setup tap Next.

8. At the bottom of Phone Administrator tap Activate.

9. Tap Done.

Optional: You can change your Account name.

10. Once added it will bring you back to the Accounts tab.

11. Locate Email and tap it once.
