Staff_Change Voicemail Greeting off Campus

1. Dial 715-803-1902
   
   

2. When the call is answered by the voice attendant please press the * key.
   
   

3. You will then be prompted to enter your ID.  This is your extension number.  Please enter your 4 digit extension and then press #.
   
   

4. Now enter your pin number and then please press #  (This number is 5 digits long.  If you are unsure of your pin number, please contact the IT Helpdesk at https://www.ntc.edu/helpdesk)
   
   

5. Press 4 for setup options
   
   

6. Press 1 to change your greeting
