Staff_Clear Cache and Cookies

When you use a browser, like Chrome, it saves some information from websites in its cache and cookies. Clearing them fixes certain problems, like loading or formatting issues on sites.

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.

  2. At the top right, click More

  3. Click More tools > Clear browsing data.

  4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.

  5. Next to Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files, check the boxes.

  6. Click Clear data.

  7. Close your Google Chrome browser, and open it back up to check if your issue still persists.

Delete cookies in Microsoft Edge - Microsoft Support

  1. On your computer, open Microsoft Edge

  2. Click on the three dots in the top right corner.

  3. Click Settings

  4. On the left-hand side click on Privacy, search and services.

  5. Click on Choose what to clear.

  1. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.

  2. Next to cookies and other site data and cached images and files, check the boxes.

  3. Click clear now.

  4. Close your Microsoft Edge browser, and open it back up to check if your issue still persists.

  1. On your computer, open Firefox

  2. Click the menu button and select Settings.

  3. Select the Privacy & Security panel.

  4. In the Cookies and Site Data section click the Clear Data

  5. Next to Cookies and Site data and Cached Web Content, check the boxes.

  6. Click Clear.

  7. Click Clear Now.
