Staff_How to apply a virtual background in the Zoom desktop application

1. Locate the Zoom application on your computer and open it.
   TIP: If you are unable to locate the Zoom application please contact our helpdesk at https://www.ntc.edu/helpdesk
   
   

2. Click on the settings button located under your initials in the upper right hand corner of the application.

3. Open

   

   Click on Background & Filters

Open

4. Click on the plus sign and choose Add Image

5. Browse to S:\Marketing\Public\Virtual Backgrounds and choose the image you wish to use and click on Open

6. Once the image has been added click on the X in the upper right hand corner.

7. Click on the X in the upper right hand corner
