Staff_How to update Zoom

Instructions created for Windows 10

 

  1. Locate the Zoom application on your computer and open it.
    TIP: If you are unable to locate the Zoom application please contact our helpdesk at IT Help Desk

  2. Click your initials in the upper right hand corner of the Zoom application.

     

  3. Click on Check for Updates

     

  4. Click on Update

     

  5. Click on Install


    6. The installer will run in the back ground. Once finished the Zoom application will open and you will receive the message Your client has been successfully updated.
