  1. While you're setting up your video and audio before joining a meeting, select Background filters 
     TIP: This can only be done right BEFORE you join a Teams meeting.

2. Click on Add New

3. Browse to S:\Marketing\Public\Virtual Backgrounds and choose the image you wish to use and click on Open

4. Close the Background settings window

5. Choose your audio and video options if you wish and click on Join now
