Staff_Installing Zoom

Instructions created for Windows 11.

  1. Navigate to https://zoom.us/download.

  2. Click one of the download options under under Zoom Workplace for Windows. 64-bit is recommended.

  1. If asked, click on Save to save your install file to a location.

4. Double-click on the installer in your downloads folder, or the folder that you saved the file in.

  1. Wait for Zoom to be installed.

  1. Click done.

  1. The Zoom application should automatically open after install, then click on Sign In.

  1. Click on Sign in with SSO.

  1. Enter “ntc” in the Company Domain and click on Continue.

  1. You will be redirected to a log in page. Enter your username and password and click Sign in.

NOTE: This is the same username and password you use for Canvas, Workday, etc, and it should prompt you for a DUO push, click approve. However, if you have a key fob, it will ask for a code.

  1. Click on the checkmark if it is not already checked, then click Open Zoom Meetings.

  1. When you see the following application window you have successfully installed and logged into the zoom application.
