Huddle Space Web Conference Instructions
Power on the TV using the Sharp remote.
Connect your laptop to the HDMI cable located on the table. The cable will be labeled TV.
Connect your laptop to the USB cable located on the table. The cable will be labeled CAMERA/MIC.
Connect to your web conference.
Select Polycom Studio Audio for the speaker and the microphone.
Select Polycom Studio Video for the camera.
Power off the TV when you are finished.
Huddle Space Share Content from Your Laptop to the TV
Power on the TV using the Sharp remote.
Connect your laptop to the HDMI cable located on the table. The cable will be labeled TV.
Power off the TV when you are finished.
